The Rise Fund is Josplay’s artist acceleration program. The funding program is designed for serious African/Caribbean artists who already treat their craft like a career and just need the right push (visibility, structure, and support) to break past their current ceiling.

Application period

15 December 2025 – 14 January 2026

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria at the time of application and throughout the selection process:

Have at least one original song released via artist.josplay.com.
Download and maintain an active installation of the Josplay App.
Submit a 30–60 second original video introducing yourself and stating why you should be selected. Must tag Josplay for review.
Submit a written fund usage plan of no more than 150 words.
